Nancy Ann (Paige) Keller passed from this earthly life into the loving arms of Jesus Christ on Tuesday, September 19, 2023. She was the only child of William Eugene Paige and Martha Abby (Fortney) Paige. She was a proud member of the Cherokee Tribe.
Nancy married the love of her life Jim Keller in 1979. Soon after their marriage, the couple transferred from Phillips in Bartlesville to the Borger Texas Phillips Petroleum refinery. They resided in Borger until 1999. While in Texas, Nancy graduated from Frank Phillips College and Wayland Baptist University in Plainview, receiving honors in Business Administration. She taught classes in both English and Business at Frank Phillips College and Amarillo Business College.
Upon retirement, the couple settled in Grove, Oklahoma, where they became members of First Christian Church. She loved God's Word and, with her passion for teaching, instructed elementary and senior Bible studies. Along with her love of God's Word was an enthusiasm for singing his praises. Nancy sang in and directed the church choir for 17 years.
Nancy was a woman of many talents, hobbies, and accomplishments; one of these being the status of Master Gardener. She enjoyed planting and preserving her produce. She also was an accomplished pianist, seamstress, and dancer. Nancy and Jim
belonged to several round and square-dancing associations, teaching round dance for 15 of those years.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her loving husband Jim Keller, and her Children: Teri Hilderbrand and husband Terry, Rick Hallett, Randy Keller and wife Jeanna, and Christy Kelley. Grandchildren: Coby Emory and wife Kristy, Noah Emory, Chezney Thompson, Mark Hallett and wife Alura, Caitlin Hallett, Andrew Keller, and wife Cathrine, Macy Sutton and husband Cody, Moriah Keller, Logan Kelley, Harmony Kelley, and Gavin Kelley. Great grandchildren: Arthur Hallett and Lewis Sutton.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, September 30, 2023, at the First Christian Church in Grove, Oklahoma.
