Pamela Burns

Pamela Jean Burns, 63 year old Vinita resident, went to be with Lord on Tuesday, January 6, 2015. Pam was born in Wichita, KS on June 17, 1951 to Samuel and Elizabeth "Betty" (Osborn) Gibson. On January 24, 1996 she was united in marriage to Gary Burns. Pam was an employee for Cinch for 34 years and more recently at Wal-Mart. She was also a member of Cowboy Junction Church. Horses were her passion as well as cooking, but above all she loved spending time with her family and friends. Survivors include her loving husband Gary of the home, daughter Joy Pogue, and son John Burns (Olivia) all of Vinita, 4 grandchildren: Jay Anderson, Lane Anderson, Cody Anderson, Alexandra Burns, and Isaiah Pogue, and one great grandchild Moxtyn Anderson. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m., Thursday, January 8, 2015 at the Luginbuel Funeral Home. Memorial services will be 10 a.m., Friday, January 9, 2015 at Cowboy Junction Church with Pastor Wade Markham officiating. Services are under the direction of Luginbuel Funeral Home.
