Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home Grove, OK (918) 786-2261 --- Pat Allen Cox, 53 year old Grove, Oklahoma resident passed away Monday May 4, 2015 with his family by his side. Pat was born on November 21, 1961 in Fairland, Oklahoma to Floyd David and Roxanne Marie (Wells) Cox. He attended high school in Fairland. Pat worked several jobs including working at the lumber yard, working construction, working on an oil rig, and as a truck driver. He was also the owner operator of WolfMaster Auto Glass. Pat married Linda (Whitney) on August 1, 1980 at First Baptist Church Fairland. Pat was an avid race car driver. Known as the Race Car Guru to his family, friends, and fellow racers. He loved his family, never missing family member's ballgames and was always there to support them. He was also a big fan of the Pittsburg Steeler's. Pat was preceded in death by his father, Floyd Cox and a grandson, Mitchell Cox. Pat is survived by his wife Linda of the home, sons Dustin Cox and wife Devin of Grove, Oklahoma, and Dallas Cox and Karissa of Grove, Oklahoma, a daughter, Jennifer Cox and James of Grove, Oklahoma, thirteen grandchildren and his beloved dog, Logger. Funeral services for Pat will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday May 8, 2015 at First Baptist Church in Fairland, Oklahoma. Brother Billy Cox and Brother Andy Krebbs will officiate. Serving as casket bearers will be Jennifer Cox, Dustin Cox, Dallas Cox, James Howerton, Troy Goodman, Colt Goodman, Joe Watts, and Bobby Jackson. Serving as honorary casket bearers will be Jimmie Cox, Lucas Abernathy, Cody Taylor, Gentry Cox, Ray Whitney II, Paul Villarreal, Gary Whitney Jr., Shannon Davidson, Tommy Whitney, Greg Cox, and Chris Cox.
