Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Jay, OK....918-253-2261....Patrecia "Pat" Jean Black, passed away at the Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK on Friday, December 12, 2014 at the age of 83. Patrecia was born on May 3, 1931 in Delaware County, OK, the daughter of the late Houston Sixkiller and Effie and John (Peak) Jones. Patrecia grew up and attended school in the Delaware County area. She worked for the Jay Hospital for 15 years as a supervisor. She enjoyed watching the Young and the Restless and Golf on T.V. She also enjoyed reading books and poetry but most of all she loved to be with her family especially all of her grandkids. She will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents; son James Black; daughter Merilynn Richards; infant son Woodrow Connely Black; two sisters: Naomi "Bebe" Masters and Annabelle Mitchell; two nieces: Charlotte Crank and Jonni Lynn Masters; and three brothers: Sammie Sixkiller, Joe Hilderbrand, and Archie Forman. She is survived by her three daughters: Claire "Annie" Black of Jay, OK, Regina Goins and her husband Terry of Jay, OK, and Sallie Hutchison and her husband Joe of Jay, OK; five brothers: Dennis Sixkiller and wife Carol, Kenneth Sixkiller, Johnny Sixkiller, Tommy Foreman and wife Abbie and Bud Foreman and wife; five sisters: Josie Jones, Pricilla Bell, Mary Creekkiller, Corin Stover, and Ruth Bryant; grandchildren: Dusty Black and wife Amanda, Darcie Lancaster, Dana Richards, Toby Kenyon and Kristy, Misty Toon and husband Michael, Shanda Goins and Junior Wolf, Cody Goins and wife Lacey, Chase Goins and wife Amanda, Raven Mattlock and husband Will, Savannah Black, Jamie Black, Jake Blake, Jodie Weiss and husband Scott, and Nacoma Hutchison and wife Cassandra; great grandchildren: Tamika Black, Cheyenne Black, Lucian Black, Mazie Lancaster, C.K. Lancaster, Michalana Toon, Mikila Toon, Bryce Williams, Brett Goins, Kaidance Goins, Kaysten Goins, Corbin Washborne, Kenly Goins, Maximus Black Goins, Jenavieia Goins, Brisha Smith, Ryan Weiss, and Trent Weiss; great great grandchildren: Destin Smoke, Layla Smoke, Nyjah Doublehead; and two great great grandbabies on the way; special grandsons: Jerrod Teehee, Michael "Lurch" Wolf, John Goins, and Jeremy Goins; special niece Brenda Leach; Extended family members: Jerry and carrie Goins; special other son Erin Lowrey; and a host of relatives and friends. The funeral service will be held at the Faith Mission Church in Jay, OK on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at 3PM with Pastor Chester Crittenden and Pastor Johnnie Scott, presiding. There will be public visitation on Tuesday, December 16, 2014 from 6PM to 8PM at Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Jay, OK.
