Ramona Reiter

Ramona E. Reiter 84 year-old Vinita resident, died Monday, February 25, 2007 at the Craig General Hospital. She was born June 12, 1923 in Mountain Park, Oklahoma to Basil E. and Mabel (McGee) Jones. Ramona was married to Clifton J. Reiter; he preceded her in death on March 6, 1977. She had worked at Eastern State Hospital, Craig General Hospital and the County Treasures Office in Vinita. Ramona was a member of the Family Praise Center in Vinita. Ramona loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren they were a great joy to her. The family includes: her son, Robert L. Shearhart and wife Lin of Tillar, Arkansas, two grandchildren, Monica Shapp and Clay Shearhart of Vinita, four great-grandchildren, Matthew Shearhart, Justin Shearhart, Preston Shapp and Seth Shearhart. Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband, one son Ronnie Shearhart, and a brother Edward Jones. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, February 27, 2008 at the Luginbuel Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held Thursday, February 28, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. in the Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Jerry Ogdon and Reverend Everett Brown officiating.
