Randall Shaffer

Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Grove, Oklahoma, 918-786-2261. Randall Eugene Shaffer, 75 year old Grove, Oklahoma resident passed away Thursday October 26, 2017. Randall was born on March 13, 1942 in Fay, Oklahoma to Frank and Avanell (Byers) Shaffer. After High School, Randall attended the University of Kansas. He worked most of his life as a manager in electrical contracting, and retired in 2005 from Atlas Roofing. Randall was an avid bass fisherman and had fished many tournaments before moving to the Grove area. He also enjoyed several creative hobbies, including: woodworking. Randall is preceded in death by his brother Ed Shaffer and two nieces, Amy Mabion and Kelly Shaffer. Randall is survived by his wife Rusty of the home, two daughters, Venea Pena and husband Shannon of Wylie, Texas. Sarah German and husband Steven of Asheville, North Carolina, and, a granddaughter Maeve German. As well as a brother Rick Shaffer of Cambridge, Kansas. A visitation for friends and family will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Friday November 3, 2017 at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Grove, Oklahoma.
