Raymond Smith

Raymond Gale Smith, Grove resident, formerly of Carthage, MO died Saturday November 5, 2011 at Integris Grove Hospital at the age of 74 years. He was born on October 21, 1937 in Mt. Vernon, Missouri to his parents, Raymond P. Smith and Cleota Mildred (Alberty) Smith. After serving in the U.S. Air Force, Ray worked in the dental industry as a dental lab technician. Ray opened his own dental lab and served the Carthage and surrounding area until his retirement. Ray is preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Cleota; brother, Kenneth Leroy Smith; sisters, Mary Jean Tindell and Margaret Ann Kinney. He leaves many loving memories with his family, brother, Neil Smith and wife Nina Lee; brother-in-law, Richard Kinney; son, Randy Smith and daughters Stephanie Garber and Kayla Cline; numerous nieces and nephews; special friend, Barbara Kasiah; and numerous friends. Private family services will be held at a later date. Cremation Arrangements are entrusted to Worley Luginbuel Funeral Home of Grove.
