Richard Smith

Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home Grove, OK (918) 786-2261 - Richard Ray Smith passed away Monday, December 8, 2014. He was born in Cushing, Oklahoma on April 29th 1953, the son of Harvey and Audrey Smith. Rick was preceded in death by his father, Harvey Smith. He was united in marriage to Jan Walker on June 26th 2008, she survives him of the home. Other survivors include Jeremy Smith his wife and three children of Columbus, Kansas, an older son and family, and his mother. Rick was employed at Simmons Foods for twenty-three years as superintendent of production in Southwest City, Missouri. Rick enjoyed many sports, hunting in Columbus, Kanas, Fishing in Tournaments in Oklahoma, and also enjoyed gardening. In lieu of flowers Donations may be made to the Christian Help Center, Integris "Pin" Foundation, or Good Shepard Hospice. Services for Rick will be held at 9:00 am on Saturday December 13, 2014 at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Grove, Oklahoma Interment will follow at Olympus Cemetery.
