Robert Gary McKinley Obit Rob McKinley was born February 8, 1951 to Arlen Leon and Betty Jane Stewart McKinley. McKinley was born in Tacoma Washington. He served in the United States Air Force. He married Annabell Proctor on May 17, 1997. He was a Musician and a talented artist. He loved the Lord, also talking about him to others. He was loved by all. Always had a smile for anyone he would see and would leave them laughing. McKinley is surrived by his wife Annabell (Proctor) McKinley of Jay, OK Two sons Ryan and Kevin One sister Nitta Lash 3 grandchildren all of Jacksonville, Florida His mother-in-law Annie of Salina, OK 3 brothers-in-law, 4 sisters-in-law, Sequoyah Jr and Phyllis Proctor of Salina, OK, Pat Ballou also of Salina, OK. Helen and Jose Mejice of Siloam Springs, AR. Ted and Angie Proctor of Marietta Georgia and several nieces and nephews McKinley is preceded in death with his parents Arlen Leon and betty Jane Stewart McKinley, father in law Sequoyah Sr, e brothers-in-law Bill Lash and Jody Proctor and Terry Ballou. Two sisters-in-law Betty Budds and Eva Mouse. Rob will be missed. Always we love you A memorial will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday February 18, 2010 at the Faith Mission Church in Jay, OK.
