Funeral services for Robert Henry "Bob" Webb Sr. are 10:00 A.M., Saturday, July 8, 2017 at the Living Word Family Church in Nowata with Pastor Jim Winslow officiating. Interment will follow at the Relocated Cemetery in Nowata, Oklahoma. Bob Webb, 82, passed away Monday, July 3, 2017 in Altus, Arkansas where he resided with his sister-in-law and brother-in-law Billy and Kris Williams. He was born March 14, 1935 in Bluefield, Virginia to Charles Clarence and Nannie Rose (Collins) Webb. Bob attended schools in Bluefield and on November 13,1956 he entered the United States Army and served until November 12, 1958. On October 11,1958, Bob married the love of his life, Jacqueline Helget in Junction City, Kansas. He was a steelworker by trade and enjoyed fishing, woodworking, and listening to George Jones. He and Jackie loved going to garage sales and antiquing. He loved finding items he could refurbish and restore. Bob loved watching the Dallas Cowboys. Most of all he loved his family. He held a special place in his heart for his children, grandchildren, family, and friends. Bob will truly be missed by all who knew him. Bob is survived by four children, Penny Kidd and her husband Gene of Oologah, Oklahoma, Robert Webb Jr and his wife Shelli of Nowata, Glenn Webb and his fiancée Kristine Rick of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Sally Beers of Midwest City, Oklahoma; a brother, Leon Webb of Galax, Virginia; seven grandchildren, Sarah Ewers, Brian Webb, Jennifer Lane, Joshua Kidd, Stacey Kidd, Emalie Webb, Jesse Rex; four great-grandchildren, Madelyn Rose Smith, Brendon, Sarah, and Marissa Lane, and a host of nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Nannie Webb; his wife, Jacqueline; a brother, Glenn Webb. Memorials in Bob's name may be made to the Nowata Senior Citizens Center at 238 North Maple, Nowata, Oklahoma 74048. Online condolences may be left at www.honoringmemories.com.
