Roy Morrow

Roy Dean Morrow Obit Roy Morrow age 70 of Topsy, OK. passed away Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at the Grove Nursing Center in Grove, OK. The son of Ross Morrow and Grace Coverdell Morrow, he was born at home in Topsy, OK on April 11, 1940. Roy had worked at the Willhite Handle Mill early in life. Later he worked for Phillips Petroleum in Pryor, OK. After attending the Tulsa School of Welding, he worked for Evergreen until retirement. He loved spending times with his family and grandchildren. Roy enjoyed fishing and the outdoors. Lately he worked with The Wayne Burt Machine Shop in Grove, OK. Roy lived all his life in Delaware County. Surviving are a daughter Shelly Gray and husband Clinton, two sons Kevin Morrow and wife Kristi, and Russell Morrow, a twin brother Ralph Morrow, grandchildren; Cameron Mason, Dakota, Madison, Boston, Jessica, and Piper. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers J.L. and Kenneth, a sister Melba. The funeral will be at 2:00 pm on Friday, July 23, 2010, at The Disney Assembly of God Church with Pastor Randy Willhite officiating. The interment will be in the Spavinaw-Strang Cemetery. There will be a visitation at the Luginbuel South Grand Lake Funeral Home in Langley on Thursday from 7:00 to 8:00 pm.
