Russell Adair

Russell Dale Adair, 56 year old former Grove resident, passed away Tuesday, September 7, 2021.  Russell was born in Grove on February 22, 1965 to Richard and Nancy Adair.  He worked as an aircraft mechanic for numerous years.  He loved racing and passed that passion on to his daughter.  She was his favorite racer of all time.  Russell also enjoyed golfing, OSU Cowboys, the Miami Dolphins, and worked as a high school football referee on the side.

Survivors include his daughter, Hannah Adair, her mother and his best friend, Diana Adair, and his brothers: Ricky Adair, Robert Adair, and Rodney Adair, and step sister Marcia Kass. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother Randy Adair.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Friday, September 10, 2021 at the Worley Luginbuel Chapel with Pastor Sam Smith officiating.  Interment will follow at Hickory Grove Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at www.honoringmemories.com or on the Worley Luginbuel Facebook page.
