Sadie Mckee

Sadie Jane McKee, 66 year old Miami, OK resident, entered into the presence of the Lord on January 7, 2020.

Sadie was born in Tahlequah on May 12, 1953 to William and Opal (Christie) McKee.  She worked for numerous years as a home healthcare provider.  Sadie loved cheering on the OU Sooners, spending time with family, reading her Bible, and most importantly praying for her family.  Sadie was a loving, kind, spirit making her well liked and easily loved.  She was her hospice nurse’s favorite patient.

Survivors include her siblings: William “Bill” McKee, Jr, and wife Rebecca of Cherokee, NC, Rick McKee and wife Beckie of Wyandotte, Sue Wyatt and husband Jack of Miami, Mary Pickup and husband Boone of Miami, and sister-in-law Alta McKee of Vinita, 9 nieces and nephews, numerous great nieces, nephews, and cousins, and a host of dear friends.  She is preceded in death by her parents William and Opal McKee, brother Kenny McKee, and nephew Weston McKee.

Visitation will be 2-4 p.m., Sunday, January 12, 2020 at the Worley Luginbuel Funeral Chapel.  Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Monday, January 13, 2020 at the Wayside Assembly of God Church in Wyandotte with Pastor Stanley Grass officiating.  Interment will follow at Wyandotte Cemetery.  Services are under the direction of Worley Luginbuel Funeral Home.  Online condolences may be made at www.honoringmemories.com or on the Worley Luginbuel Facebook page.
