Sarrah Carolyn Findley, 82, Grove, passed away May 15, 2021 at Integris Grove Hospital.
She was born on March 16, 1939 in Vernon County, Missouri to the late Elmer Titus and Josephine Bowen Titus. In addition to her parents, Sarrah was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Titus; and a son-in-law, Richard “Dick” Owen Fowler, II.
Sarrah married Donald Findley August 27, 1960 in Fort Scott, Kansas.
She started her working career at Key Overall in Fort Scott, then working for several school districts as a cook. She also enjoyed quilting, sewing, Tole painting, gardening, and canning. Membership was held in the Crossroads Church, Grove.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Jimmie Findley, and Sherrie Fowler both of Grove; three grandsons, Donnie Findley, Brandan Fowler and Jared Fowler; three great grandchildren, Michael Findley, Winter Findley and Connor Fowler, one brother, Joe Titus and wife Margaret, and one sister, Dorothy Noe and husband Robert “Bob”.
Visitation scheduled 5-7 p.m., Thursday, May 20, 2021 at the Worley Luginbuel Funeral Chapel- Grove. Funeral service: 2 p.m., Friday, May 21, 2021, at Nazarene Church, Fort Scott, Kansas. Burial will follow in the McKill Cemetery, Bronaugh, Missouri.
