Shane Langley

Luginbuel Funeral Home of Vinita 918-256-5555 Shane C. "Cotton" Langley, 24 year old Welch resident passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2017. He was born on May 24, 1993 in Claremore to Monte and Debbie (Duncan) Langley. Shane attended and graduated from Welch Schools, he also attended Northeast Area Vo-Tech in Afton studying Diesel Mechanics. He was employed as a boat mechanic at MarineMax on Grand Lake for the past five years. Shane married the love of his life Kelsi Crossland on June 25th, 2016. He was a very hardworking young man, who loved to work on trucks, listen to music, dance, fish and hunt. Shane liked to work with his dad and doing bird hunts with his Uncle Butch, he also just liked being around his family. He always had a smile on his face and just simply loved life. Preceding him in death were his grandmother, Donna Groff, grandfather in-law, Jack Woodall, great-grandparents, Hattie and A. D. Langley, Monna and Fred Graham, Cecil and Nellie Walker, Eunice and Henry Echols. The family includes: his wife, Kelsi of the home; parents Monte and Debbie Langley of Welch; siblings, Trenton Rhinehart and wife Annie of Vinita, Ryan Rhinehart of Welch, Monte Jordan Langley, Kalen Ray Langley both of Healdton, OK, Dylan Andrew Langley of Welch; mother and father in-law, Calvin and Shelli Woodall of Afton; grandparents, Loren and Farrel Duncan of Vinita, Bob Langley of St. Genevieve, MO, Sharon and Mac McCoin of Commerce; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many, many friends. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at the Welch Civic Center. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at 10:00 AM, at the Welch Civic Center with Pastors Leland Bartlett and Kevin McGlasson officiating.
