Sheri Sprague

Sheri Ann "Green" Sprague, 57 year old longtime resident, went to be with her Lord and Savor on Thursday, August 17, 2017 at her home in Langley, Oklahoma. Sheri was born on June 13, 1960 in Rolling Fork, Mississippi. She was the daughter of Alice Geneva (Pigg) Herbert and William Mike Green, Sr. Sheri attended school at Miami Southridge schools and graduated high school in 1978. She was united in marriage to Earl Sprague on July 10, 1984 in Anguilla, Mississippi. Sheri had been employed by the State of Oklahoma for 19 years at Rose Rock Recovery and Eastern State Hospital. When Sheri wasn't working, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and going on Caribbean cruises. She took great pride in her angel collection. Above all she was a wonderful "Mimi" to her grandchildren; Lyndsey Streeter, Adam & Ian Taylor, Mahkenzie, Draven Ruger Sprague and Ashylnn Powell. She is survived by her children; Chrystal Green, Misty Sprague, Kyle and Tyla Sprague all of Vinita, Oklahoma; sister Debbie Green of Del City, Oklahoma, brothers; Cliff Green of Pryor, Oklahoma and Mike Green of Sevierville, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Earl Sprague and was there to welcome her Granddaughter Lyndsey Streeter into heaven. Services will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, August 26, 2017 at Langley First Christian Church with Pastor Dan Miller Officiating.
