Shirley Smith

Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home Grove, OK (918) 786-2261 - Shirley Ann Smith, born January 20th, 1936 in Collinsville, Oklahoma, went to be with our Heavenly Father May 28th, 2015. Preferring to be called by her middle name, Ann graduated from Collinsville High School in 1953. After meeting in school and dating him for five months, she married Charles L. Smith on October 20th, 1953. Ann and Charles moved to Grove from Kansas in 2002 after retiring from the home building business. She had recently "officially" retired from the furniture business she was partner in, Grove Springs Homestead. Ann was an active member of Trinity Baptist Church in Grove and is survived by her three sons: Chuck, Rick, and Russell, and daughter Kim. Ann is also survived by grandchildren: Chris, Chad, Tyler, Travis, Ericka, Charlie, Bryce, Cullen, Austin, and six great grandchildren. Memorial services for Ann will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at the Trinity Baptist Church in Grove, Oklahoma. Pastor Robert Carter will officiate.
