Sidney Sue Dillinger

Sidney Sue Dillinger, age 84, passed away July 10, 2024, in Miami, Oklahoma. She was born on September 3, 1939, in Lusk, Wyoming, to the late James and Mary Kennett.

Sidney dedicated many years of her life to the United States Postal Service before retiring in 2004. Her commitment and hard work left a lasting on all those she served.

Sidney will be deeply missed by her children: Yvonne Patrick and husband James of Skiatook, Lois Kleber of Tulsa, Sam Smith and wife Jennifer of Afton. She was a cherished grandmother to Jon Medeiros, Andrea Koogler and husband Chris, Joseph Kleber, Jared Kleber, Jasmine Medeiros, Colton Smith and Savannah Smith. Sidney also leaves behind two great-grandchildren: Cameron and Gwen Medeiros.

Sidney was preceded in death by her husband Lewis Dillinger, and three siblings, James Kennett, Donald Kennett, and Flo Qualls. 

A Funeral Service will be held at the Foundation Free Will Baptist Church in Grove on July 14th at 5:00 PM followed by a Graveside Service at Sperry Rest Haven Cemetery in Sperry on July 15th at 10:00 AM. The family invites all who knew and loved Sidney to join them in celebrating her life at these services.

Sidney Sue Dillinger, a beloved mother and grandmother, will be remembered for her kindness, strength, and unwavering love for her family. May she rest in peace knowing she was cherished by many.
