Stephen Mclaughlin

Stephen Webster McLaughlin, 82 year old Grove, OK, resident passed away Friday, November 22, 2013. Stephen was born May 10, 1931 to Helen Lucille Laffoon McLaughlin in Tulsa, OK. He married Betty (Cox) on August 24, 1956 in Tulsa, OK. Stephen served in the United States Air Force in Korea. He worked for the Union Petroleum Corporation as a vice president and later for Public Service Company of Oklahoma. Stephen was a member of 1st United Methodist Church of Grove, Oklahoma. He enjoyed the lake life, watching birds and movies. He was also an avid photographer and hunter. Stephen was preceded in death by his wife, Betty, and two brothers, Ralph and Harold. He is survived by a daughter, Nancy Crowe and husband Kirby of Jenks, OK, a son, Stephen McLaughlin and wife Debbie of Wintergarden, FL, and three grandchildren, Amy, Shelby, and Molly, as well as numerous other family members. Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, November 26, 2013, at First United Methodist Church in Grove, OK. Pastor Randy Hamill will officiate.
