Earnest Steven Ryan of Jay, passed from this life on September 24, 2021, at the age of 70. He was born to Kenneth Glen Ryan and Wanda Burton Cox on March 27, 1951.

Steve enjoyed a simple, yet full life. He was married to his Wife Bonnie on August 13, 1993 and they shared a total of 38 years together. He spent most of his time on their farm and tending to his cattle. He also loved spending time with his children and grand children.

He is preceded in death by Kenneth Glen Ryan, his parents J.D. and Wanda Cox, and grandson Traver Ryan.

Steve is survived by his wife, Bonnie Ryan of Jay, Sons Travis Ryan of Eucha and Kyle Ryan and wife Tabbetha of Colcord. His daughters Traci Franklin and husband Bobby of Fairland, Melissa Hernandez of Grove, and Natasha Ryan of Eucha. Brother James Cox, sisters Sharon Shepard and husband Frank, Sherry Cox, and Joann Craig.

Steve has 21 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Thursday, September 30, from 5-7 p.m. at the Worley-Luginbuel chapel in Jay. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 1, at 1p.m. at the Hickory Grove Church in Grove, OK.
