Thomas D. "Tom" Davis, age 63, and resident of Copan, Oklahoma, passed away on Friday, May 25, 2012 in the Jane Phillips Medical Center, Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Thomas Dean Davis was born November 16, 1948 in Bartlesville. He was the son of Alfred Gamaila Davis and Ruby Pearle (Howell) Davis. He was educated in the Bartlesville schools, graduating from Bartlesville College High School in 1967. He furthered his education with an Associates degree in computer programming from Tri-County Tech. Upon completion of his education, he went to work for Adams Affiliates, the City of Bartlesville, Coca-Cola and First National Bank (all in Bartlesville). He made another move to become an employee of Jack Henry & Associates in Monett, Missouri where he remained for over 20 years. Tom enjoyed fishing and hunting, as well as spending time with his family, especially his nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Mary Jane and Betty Jean; and two nephews, Benjamin Davis and Chris Davis. He is survived by four siblings, Ann Ramon and her husband, Ines, Corpus Christi, Texas, Don Davis and his wife, Toni, Copan, Oklahoma, Brenda VanHorn and her husband, David, Bartlesville, and Pat Jones and her husband, Kenny, Moore, Oklahoma; 11 nieces and nephews; and 19 great-nieces and nephews.
