Benjamin Funeral Service, Nowata, Oklahoma (918)-273-2700.Vada Mae McAfee, 66, of Nowata, passed away Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at Medicalodges in Dewey Oklahoma. She was born May 14, 1951 in Nowata to Herbert and Vada (Inman) Robinson. She was educated and graduated from the Nowata School System. She married Kenneth McAfee and moved to Ardmore. She retired from the VA center in Ardmore, Oklahoma where she was a cook. Vada loved to cook, sew and spend time with her family and friends. She made friends with everyone she met. She was a wonderful mother. She was a very strong woman above all, Vada loved her family. She had a special place in her heart for her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews, family and friends. She will be missed by all who knew her. PallBearers for the service include Cody McAfee, Steven Smith, Bobby Robinson, Kendall Whitehead, Drayden McAfee, Wyatt McAfee and Marshall McAfee; Honoraray Pallbearer include Eugene Hewitt. Vada is survived by her husband Kenneth McAfee, four children Scott McAfee and his wife Shelly of lnda, Oklahoma, Steve McAfee and his wife Misty of Ardmore, Oklahoma, Shawn McAfee and his wife Sarah of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Dustin McAfee and his wife Natasha of Wayne, Oklahoma; And six sisters, Sue Hayes, Judy Hemlick, Ruby Stark, Janet Farbro, Linda (Joan) Kinzer, Connie Swalley; eleven grandchildren; three great grandchildren and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Vada is preceded by her parents, Herbert and Vada Robinson; Brothers Herbert Jr. and Jim Robinson.
