Walter Warren Farrell Gutensohn passed away Monday, January 6, 2020, in Nowata, Oklahoma.  He was born November 11, 1968, in Tulsa, OK, to Walter Warren Gutensohn and Connie Farrell Gutensohn.  Walters’s father passed away when Walter was one year of age. His mother Connie later married Mark Branstetter and they moved to Nowata to live on the family farm when Walter was seven years old.  Walter attended Nowata Schools and enjoyed spending time with family, friends, working cars and motorcycles.

He was preceded in death by both his mother and father.

He is survived by his son Levi Gutensohn, wife Samantha and grandchildren Eli, Lilly Gutensohn and Maeson Jones, his stepfather Mark Branstetter of Nowata, sister Lori Henderson and husband Matt of Perry, step brothers Matt Branstetter and wife Tracy of Noble, and Todd Branstetter and wife Linda of Nowata,  Aunt Twylah Farrell and Uncle Elvin Farrell and numerous nephews and nieces.

Visitation will be held from 2pm to 4pm, Sunday January 26th  at The Cherokee Center at 1020 Lenape Dr. Nowata, OK 74048.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Boys and Girls Club in Nowata in his name.
