Wayne White

Wayne Oliver White, age 71 of Chelsea, died Sunday, August 15, 2010 at his home. Wayne was born in Big Cabin, OK on January 13, 1939 the son of George and Mabel (Bredlow) White. In 1957 he graduated from Chelsea High School. That same year he joined the United Stated Marine Corp, serving until 1960. He was united in marriage to Betty Russell June 17, 1972. Wayne enjoyed fishing, hunting, raising cattle, and working on his farm. Survivors include his daughter, Debra Hogan of Chelsea, brother Noel White and wife Mable of Haskell, OK, niece Sheryl Spillers of Broken Arrow, great niece Kaylee Brimmer of Sand Springs, great nephew Austin Spillers of Broken Arrow, and other close family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents and wife Betty. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at the Luginbuel Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at Timpson Chapel.
